IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

There is no minimum order size for us! Every quote is customized to specific requests and needs. 

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Floral arrangement services are paid via bank transfers or paypal. Please call us at 0468 811 611 to discuss your order and requirements! Alternatively, please send an email to hanaya.charlotte@gmail.com to show me your inspirations and ideas!

 

DO YOU PROVIDE OTHER SERVICES?

Yes we do! We provide wedding planning services, and logistics liaison and coordination on your wedding day. This takes the stress out of your day, without having to worry about the finer details that you have spent so much time working on. With enough lead time, I am also able to have a discussion with you and design your wedding venue. I like a new challenge! So any ideas you may have, we would be able to work together to create your dream space. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Upon confirmation of details, we will formulate a quotation tailored to your needs. A deposit of 25% would be required to commence work on the project. You would receive updates along the way, when required. Full payment to be made 2 weeks prior to actual day.
